Duties:  At home position, primarily responsible for transcription of Veterans' Administration Outpatient,Clinic notes including, but not limited to:  Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Psychology, Internal Medicine, General Practice, Hematology/Oncology, and Urology, with a wide variety of physicians, including ESL physicians.
