Responsible to perform following assignments:
A.Transcribe medical reports,including clinical notes,pathology reports,radiation therapy treatment notes, operative reports, history & physicals, discharge notes, lab reports, ER notes, radiology reports,and various other medical data
B.Light filing and other light office duties
C.Quality assurance checks/proofreading for 32 employees
D.Correspondence with doctors’ offices and hospital departments to maintain accuracy and quality
